Avantages
-Like-minded employees who are easy to get along with. -Good benefits such as getting educational degrees paid by the company. -Work-life balance: flexible working hours and plenty of vacation time. -Up-to-date technology: Using Visual Studio 2013 and .NET 4.5. -Good freedom to work on different projects within a program.
Inconvénients
-Good employees aren't acknowledged as much as they should due to the deep management chain. -Raises are too small. -Sterile work environment: basic cube-farm with little accommodations for employees and no place to relax and hang out.
