there are a lot of projects in a particular department and if you have the opportunity to search around you can find really interesting problems to work on. work life balance depends on the project you're supporting
Inconvénients
bureaucracy problems are real. your access to cutting edge engineering tools may feel restricted to what is approved and things can feel very slow moving. compensation was under market.
