Avantages
This is about the NY office. They pay you on time. The facility looks good. Lots of drinks and snacks. A lot of very cool people work here.
Inconvénients
Projects are insanely underbid. Late nights and weekends happen at the drop of a hat. Caters way too much to client wants and whims without care for how long it will take to execute something or if they have enough resources. Projects are often irresponsibly accepted. Some personalities who work here are downright nasty and bipolar. HR is rude and incompetent. Important tasks that is their responsibility will be ignored or rudely commented on in favor of playing ping pong instead of nagging exhausted artists in the middle of stressful moments to go play. Beware of having your benefits or other necessities messed up.
