      The colleagues are great and very helpful, always trying to help

      Inconvénients

      Management only cares about their USA employees while they have employees around the world. The pay outside USA is very low and their decision making is 100% driven by what's happening there.

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

      Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
