      I am out of the place

      Inconvénients

      Horrible place to work, worst company I have ever worked with and I was working there for over three years. Treat employees very badly.one minute praising and next giving out to them. They know how to treat people Good, probrarly why the turnover is high.

      1. Very good management at every level 2. Tangible work which focuses on performance improvement 3. Interesting industry focus (primarily mining industry) 4. Excellent intellectual capital

      Inconvénients

      Travel can be tough - as mines are not located in easy to get to locations.
