      Good hours and pay but after COVID-19, no more pros

      Inconvénients

      Managers and General Managers put all the blames to the staff. If you aren't the favourite you won't get treating right. Racist environment for non-native speakers.

      Strong brand recognition, exposure to luxury clients and experience handling customer service in a fast- moving environment.

      Inconvénients

      Workplace culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Communication and management support were inconsistent, which made the role challenging. Lots of gossips caused by management
