      Fijne producten. Leuk klant contact. Horeca contact met sales eigenschappen Veel tools om te verkopen Premium-achtig segment

      Inconvénients

      Ze vragen erg veel te doen, zoals: onbetaald huiswerk over de producten, extreem veel klant contact, constante wisseling van producten en verkooptactieken. Er wordt verwacht dat je alles van jezelf geeft terwijl het loon lager is dan bijvoorbeeld bij de etos waar je alleen achter de kassa hoeft te staan en vragen te beantwoorden. Het zijn premium producten die ze verkopen, een van de snelstgroeiende en rijkste bedrijven in cosmetica in nederland maar het personeel die elke dag alles geeft om die winst te behalen zal daar nooit iets van merken.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
