Frankly, the management and leadership was some of the least inspiring, overly micromanaging types of people I've ever come into contact with in my career.
Years of horrendous corporate leadership compounded the culture of the whole business operation, (sales, ops, management, HR, leadership) into one of the poorest, low morale, soul crushing experiences I could imagine walking into or working in.
Account managers aren't held accountable and the friction between sales and ops was the worst I've seen in the industry.
Middle management can't tolerate being challenged, one iota. Fresh ideas or thinking outside the box are not welcomed and daring to do what's right by your fellow coworkers likely puts a target on you.
