      The pay is above the state average Their benefits are the best I have had with any other company The culture is amazing and everyone is so friendly

      All employees are overworked and burnout can be high at times

      Great compensation, Spots of friendly co-workers

      Inconvénients

      On the job training is non-existent. No employee development, No upward mobility, FDA warning letter, Co-workers will highlight any issues found and report it immediately to management instead of working as a team to confront issues.
