      Thanks for your feedback. We strive to make this a great place to work. We do have a complex business and our customers have complex needs so the learning curve for technical roles can be intense but rewarding.

      Avantages

      Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.

      Inconvénients

      As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
