This is the most toxic company I have ever worked for. They have a really good recruiter who sold the jobs so well to candidates. When I started with the company, there were many new hires, which should've been a red flag as to why there were so many open positions at the same time. Senior management is so far removed from the day to day, yet loves to micromanage the smallest things instead of providing strategies that'd drive the business. No one knows what they're doing. The merchandising team is full of women, management always preaches about empowering women, but the reality is so far from that. The most toxic director has gotten promoted multiple times within the past few years. None of the team members respects her, everyone just does what she says to avoid getting on her bad side. No one knows what the CEO actually does. Don't be fooled by the "unlimited " pto and the occasional company events because you will end up trading your work/life balance and mental well being for the job. There is no 401K matching.
