Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good people that seem to care about their workers. There's a fair amount of turnover so it may take a while to feel like you're part of the team, but when you settle down, they seem to value your inputs and work/life balance. Benefits are good and salary is good.
Inconvénients
The work can be hard. The benefits are still pretty good, but they are not as good as in years past. There isn't really a credit union on campus anymore and the fitness center isn't as nice as it used to be.
