Good benefits and nice facilities.
Inconvénients
Antiquated systems and business processes and highly uncooperative people who lack greatly in communication skills. The company reminds me of the movie "The Village" where people have been following a certain way so long but never realized corporate America had actually advanced quite a bit and they were left behind.
