Avantages

Strasbourg is a cute city, modern work with AI and new technologies.

Inconvénients

-A big Mafia run by HR, PM, Procurement and Legal Units. -We have seen how Heads, including HR, incite some employees to harass in group others upon the promise of promotion, jobs or because „they were instructed to do so". -Systemic moral violence from all Heads. Psychological fear. -Toxic culture based on friends nepotism, incompetence, lying and manipulation. -Incompetence. No morality.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoy living in one of the cities where eu-LISA is located, namely Tallinn, Strasbourg and Brussels, and that you enjoy the charm of the city. However, we're deeply concerned to hear that you felt harassed and treated differently based on personal connections. This is unacceptable and not in line with our values and guiding principles of respect, fairness and accountability. We take all allegations of mistreatment seriously and would like to assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and we're committed to creating a safe and respectful work environment for everyone. We also understand that you felt that opportunities for your personal development and growth were limited. We are striving to expand the training offered by our learning management system, which already contains various modules, and we provide our staff with access to EU-Learn. We recognize that a toxic culture can have a profound impact on well-being and job satisfaction. We are committed to listening to our colleagues by conducting regular engagement surveys and following up the results with appropriate action plans. We're also providing training and support to our managers to help them better lead and develop their teams. Thank you for raising your concerns which will help us to identify areas for improvement and make positive changes.
