Avantages
I just accepted my "fromAtoB" job offer, the hiring process was very transparent; I felt welcomed to discuss all aspects of the job with HR team, I truly appreciate the flexibility they showed to provide me with extra information to know more about the company and the team. The most positive thing I've noticed through my interviews is the solid team spirit, and that's a great thing to build on.
Inconvénients
So far so good, looking forward to starting the job.

Avantages
- this is company with pretty perfect life/job ballance - people here are so friendly and always ready to help! - good equipment - fresh fruits, cofee and other drinks are also present - awesome office in the center of Berlin, so its easy to reach it from any part of the city - no bureaucracy, company gives you alot of opportunity to deside how to do your job
Inconvénients
- some processes are still not ideal, but company is looking for improvements

+ Great team + Multicultural + Great potential + Owner is Tank & Rust + No need for investors = Stability + Great offices + Startup atmosphere + Great opportunity to grow (learning budget for conferences, workshops, meetups) + Working with a community (Vue.js Berlin Meetup sponsor and host, ...)
Inconvénients
- Startup culture and open space is not for everyone - We had some up an downs (insolvency), but after T&R bought us everything seems to be on a good path

Avantages
- motivated people - cool concept, amazing potential - flexible interdisciplinary squads with a lot of autonomy - great team - growing thanks to takeover - no VC with an agenda - actually building something new that benefits people! - environment enables people to bring their own ideas and be heard - flat hierarchy
Inconvénients
- some corporate overhead can slow down some processes - squads are severely understaffed - typical startup office, can be a bit noisy at times - understaffing leads to outsourcing, not ideal but I guess it bridges the gap

Nice offices, centrally located in Berlin. That's about it.
Inconvénients
Too many things to list, but if you're looking for start ups to work for in Berlin, this isn't it.
