Initial response and interview were set up quickly. Recruiter interview over zoom went well. Recruiter was engaged and explained a lot about the company’s direction. Was told I would hear back in a few days as there was only a few more interviews left and the position needed to be filled ASAP. I was then ghosted. I emailed the recruiter multiple times to thank them for the interview and then once again to ask a question. No response. Very unprofessional. It’s been weeks and I can only assume I was not selected for the position.

From Junk Folder to Junk Experience, Started in Junk Mail, Ended in Junk Service, I applied for the General Manager position at the Concord, CA location and received an email the next day from Victoria on the Recruitment Team. I later realized the email had gone to my junk folder — which was ironic, since the original message even mentioned keeping an eye on spam. About a week later, after finding it, I scheduled the interview and received confirmation. On the day of the interview, I logged in on time and waited… and waited. No one showed up. I followed up with Victoria to see if we could reschedule, but never heard back. At that point, it felt fitting to move the emails back to the junk folder where they started.
Company mostly promotes from within. I was offered GM after 4 years of working as an Operations Manager. An Area Director will reach out to you directly if they are considering promoting.
