1. Managers in Xilinx are very rude and rigid (at least for the team where I gave interview) 2. Human Resource people are just there to intermediate between candidate and manager and they have no control over hiring process. 3. Managers are so rigid that even if you try to negotiate the offer(Generally all lateral entries will try to negotiate) they will immediately send you an email saying thank you for your interest in Xilinx! and will cancel your candidature. 4. This company's managers are really un-professional and did not offer a good interview experience to the candidate. 5. Please think twice before accepting the offer. Enquire about the team from multiple sources and then only carefully consider the offer.
