I was interviewed by a Senior Level Engineer who did not seem to care. Told me ‘we don’t know how to train during a pandemic so I don’t even know if we will hire’. Only asked me 3 surface level questions and then said he was done after 10 minutes. I was told I would hear back with a yes or no promptly and have still not heard 7 weeks later.

I had a negative experience. The interviewer discouraged my career goals, questioned my aspirations, and maintained an unprofessional, demotivating attitude that left me feeling undervalued and uncomfortable throughout the interview.
Had an initial call with HR that led to an interview with the Hiring Manager/Team and another in-person interview with the group I would be working with. Overall was a quick process, only took about a week. However, the offer was a bit low for me and I turned it down.
One hour interview was good for me, there were four people on the interview panel. I was asked about some behavioural and technical questions. But it was friendly interview, I didn’t feel any hesitation or i was not worried.
