Applied online and received an email inviting me to interview for the position at the Manchester office. The interview consisted of a simple maths/transport related test and a conversation about what the role entailed. Later they asked me to expand on some things on my cv and then asked 3 simple STAR questions.

Well communicated and forward process. Interviewers were accommodating and nice, making the interview process less intimidating and conversational. Interviewers felt genuine and interested in my answer, giving a personal touch to the interview. There was a technical part at the end, which they sent in the brief an hour before.
