The interview was a 45 min long process with a test involved. Fairly straightforward and mostly just a conversation to see whether or not they believed that I would get on with their team and feel comfortable there.

After applying through AECOM’s website, I received an email from the regional recruiter with a pre-interview questionnaire. I then had a 45 minute phone interview that seemed to go well but after about 2 weeks I received an email that I wasn’t being considered any further.
