I was called on the phone with two members of the team asking questions and reviewing my history and future. One of the interviewers seemed experienced in quality while the other seemed to be more is a sales role that seemed odd.
2 phone interviews and an offer was presented on the 2nd interview based on a background check and drug test. they asked if i was familiar with their type of reporting and documentation. also asked what experience i would bring to their team

In person but normal cocktail meeting the evening before the actual interview the next day, two panel discussion and just ask general questions about your experience . It’s very discussion based and having a proper conversation during the cocktail party matters
