Absolutely appalling I arrived for my interview no one knew I was coming which made me feel very uncomfortable then no one apologised whilst I was standing around.
Then got told to come back for a work trial. Where I showed interest and my skills. Arrived at the store where I got left for 20 minutes without any communication I got left at the front of the store no one acknowledged me at all. I worked so hard then got told that I didn't work well with the team and was not interested. I think this is vile and completely unprofessional. NEVER GO FOR AN ALDI JOB ITS TO MUCH HASSLE AND THEYRE NOT WOTH IT

Long and unnecessary with 4 rounds of interviews. One online then another 3 in store around a table with all the other candidates. It was pleasant but very long winded and I took another job in the time it took to get to the final interview

Online interview through their website. You have about 3 days to complete it. Every answer is recorded and you can't redo the recording. There was 4 questions. The timer counts you down for each question (about 20 second). The frustrating part is it only gave me 15 seconds to answer each question.
