Interviewed on campus 1:1 interview with recruiter who actually turned out to be a Director. Heard back within two weeks. Invited to a distribution center for multiple interviews and a tour of the DC and store. 1:1 interviews with about 5 directors, also several essays (why ALDI, how would your skills help you succeed as a District Manager) as well as a math and grammar test.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.

There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
