Entretien
Quite informal, wanted to know long term goals. As soon as I mentioned I am studying and wanting to go into Accountancy, they no longer seemed interested. However, the lady who had applied for the same position said she hopes to be working in Aldi and is a stay at home mum gained more of a positive response. they do not want to hire people with long term goals that do not involve working in aldi.
Online application followed by a quick phone screen with an HR representative from the regional area. Followed by in-person interview with team at the store. Several applicants interviewed on the same day for the position.
Group interview, with five or more people usually. Just getting to the thirty word minimum to fill out space now screw you Flanders screw you Flanders screw you Flanders screw you Flanders
