J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Melbourne) en févr. 2019
Entretien
It was very informal with the Area Manager doing most of the talking explaining what work is like at ALDI. Also, you would get the opportunity to talk about yourself. There was a lot of questions relating to the company so researching beforehand is very important (which i didn't do much of). They asked if you know any facts about ALDI, e.g plastic free from the start, cage free eggs by 2025...etc.

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).

You'll just have to do a short video interview with one practical question and three interview questions. Each questions is 60seconds with 90seconds for breaks. So good luck. Make sure your microphone is working. Good luck 👍
