Entretien
A short greeting with informal conversation followed by a technical test and a more extensive interview. I was received by an Analyst who started asking me about my disability and then took me to the interview room and delivers the technical test. After the test, I did have a short discussion (chat) with the manager

They surprised querying me with " What happened with your hand?" (I have a physical disability which is not relevant for the particular job ).
Then a technical test which I failed
