J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Oak Creek, WI) en août 2010

At the time you had to know someone to get a referral. Interview was with Angie and she was great. The interview was simple and they just asked questions about why you think you would be a good choice for the company. Had to pass a 45 min strength and endurance test at Sensia which no matter how in shape you are, you walk out feeling like jelly.

They hire anyone, they're desperate for staff, easy interview process but its a bit unnecessary with all the stages wouldn't recommend working here but it's good if you want easy earned cash
Group interview waiting in line very quick there was about 12 interviewers chopping the line down quickly. 5 to 15 min convo each candidate. Not really sure but some get selected same day and some are put on hold or not selected

J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Indianapolis, IN) en août 2017

Take in consideration that I graduated from a private school in Indianapolis. Cathedral High School to be exact. I also received college education, now there is three interviews I went through, the first one is when I turned in my app. and received a ticket for the second interview. One a day after, another interview with the director. I was told by the director I would receive a call within two weeks, if they decided to move forward. Still waiting, hasn't even been a week so.. here is my honest opinion. Seriously 3 interviews, for a hard labor job? Jesus Christ, Banks or managerial jobs don't even do this. Wow!! It's a waste of gas and time when they can be straight forward and save time.
