1v1 with the district manager and a follow up with both the DM and assistant store manager. They were very prepared to answer a wide range of questions and had a clear explanation for how Aldi runs differently then other chains, and why it works

Entretien
Pretty standard tour around the store, then short 5-7 min interview. Not really much to say otherwise than that honestly. Pretty relaxed and staff was friendly to everyone within the group.

What is one time you've had to deal with being upset at the workplace?
The first meeting was just a get to know you, and an explanation of the job. It was very easy going and really helped to give an understanding of the role and benefits. The second, the official interview, was very similar and they just dig a little deeper in to you personally. I had another interview for a different job, and they were very flexible on my response once I had received an offer.
