Applied online and after a week I received an email asking me to complete a video interview. The question would pop up on the screen and you had 30 seconds to read then it would automatically record you for one minute then cut off. I found that one minute (including giving examples which it asked) is not enough time to answer any of the questions. Didn’t make it to next stage.

Entretien
Interview is split into three rounds first on the phone second at the store with member of management at lastly with DM of the stores. Which is unfortunate because it would seem the DM is looking for different things that the store team is looking for
Responses were fairly quick and the interview process was quick. There was even an automated message system that allowed you to book interviews on your own time and allowed you to adjust the dates to what works for you.
