I applied online and got a text message for a hiring event. You wait in what feels like an airport line. There were 3 people interviewing and you had to wait your turn. The hiring manager was brief and didn't even ask me if I had any questions. She went through my resume and asked about availability. She made no conversation with me. It didn’t even feel like an interview but more like a "screening". There were so many people that day.
