2 rounds. Same questions in both rounds. I interviewed with 1 person during the first round and 3 people during the second round. I received an offer within a week of the 2nd round interview. They are looking for people who are consistent. They ask a lot about your leadership experience. Looking for assertive and decisive people.

First interview was a group info session then breakout rooms being interviewed by department employees, second interview was with another employee from the respective department. Pretty easy interview process, just wasn't impressed by the people interviewing me.
