First had to do an online assessment with multiple choice questions and then a Group interview with about 8 other people. but the interview was more to see how you interacted in a team.

- had a group briefing on the task
- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
