Group interview with ice breakers and fun things like building a tower with balloons. They keep a close eye on you and how you react with the group. You get a tour of the store and warehouse then it's "have a go" where you help a worker on the shop floor with things like restocking shelves or helping a customer. Then you have a 1-1 interview and after that you're free to go. I heard back after 2 days offering me the position. Great interview process, very fun and not awkward or uncomfortable at all.

Online application, then received a call inviting me to an assessment day, involved a group interview, individual interview and a group activity. If you forgot to bring your passport or proof to work in UK, you weren't allowed to proceed. Also watched a video about Walmart.
