J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASDA (Kingston upon Thames, England) en févr. 2014
Entretien
I was asked multiple questions about myself, including name, age, previous employment etc. This proceeded onto questions about dealing with certain situations with staff members and examples of tough situations in the store. The manager of the store interviewing me was helpful and kind in the whole process, and I felt very valued during the interview process, as they took the time to get to know me and my background. After the interview I asked them why they asked about my interests etc. and they said they really do want to create a group who works together.
