J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASDA (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016
Entretien
The application was for a retail role but when I got to the place it was a brand new warehouse yet everyone else also thought it was a retail position aswell. They also were not open now until 3 months later an someone left because of this. I stayed and had the assessment centre. We were introduced to the staff and given a sort of bingo game to break the ice and then a couple of cases to work on and a sheet to say which hours we could work. After the assessment centre I received an invite for an interview. During the interview I was pretty much given a verbal offer of a job yet about 7 weeks later was emailed saying I was unsuccessful.

Entretien
There was no interview for ASDA, there was a phone call with a couple questions about myself and past experience then a scheduling for my 'best welcome' and I was part of the company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked where I had previously worked and how that might benefit working at ASDA.
Started with a Phone call inviting to interview and basic interview questions, then interview consisted of similar questions but more in detail. Like tell me about yourself and past experience and why you want to work here etc

Seeing how the shop was so understaffed, the interview process was non-existent. They simply asked about work eligibility, availability and finally, when you could start. After this, a tour was given and the training process began.
