Group panel discussion, bouncing questions and answers off one-another. This was followed by a 1:1 interview. Interview followed by group 'activity'. Activity was a bizarre advertisement kind of setup, to sell some kind of product. Had about 20 minutes to come up with a 30 second blip.

Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
Applied online and got sent a job simulation test. Completed the test and then got a call to come in for an interview. Went in for the interview and it was general questions about what makes good customer service.
