Attend ASDA Magic. You will be in a room with other people where you can go undergo a group activity. It's nothing technical, its just to show how well you work in a team. Mine was to build a tower using balloons. If they like you, they call you in for an interview.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
