Group assessment about 40 minutes, then it was followed by 1:1 short interview.
We were asked about why we want to work for ASDA, a person we admire and why and we had a group activity which was to make a concept for a product advertisement

Friendly and relax atmosphere. There were multiple team building task,and then 20 mins interview individually and 10 mins as a group on shop floor. Easy questions such as availability, what I know about the company, and the reason why choosing to work there.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
