Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASDA
Entretien
First part of the process is online. You have to do a 30(ish) minute long aptitude test, where basic questions are asked such as "which one of these products spoils faster".
If you pass the aptitude test they invite you in for a "asda magic" assessment, where you'll spend an evening with some other people who applied. This is done so they can see how friendly/sociable you are. From the group invite some are kept on as colleagues.
