First half of the day was a group interview, including icebreakers, team building and watching various videos on the company, followed by time on the shop floor bringing stock to the front of the shelves, followed by an individual interview

Basic questions of favourite item, what good customer service is, team work tasks to complete in a group, when available work sheet, very simple then range a few days later for on boarding

Group session (team building, think we had to make a model etc) followed by short individual interview. There was also bag packing for 20 minute, checking interaction with public etc. It was all fine.
