easy and organised. Applied online and got a call the next day asking to come in for an interview. Very happy with the process. Interview only went on for 15 mins, easy questions.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
