Quite a long process for the job. Tests on team work e.g being given a number of materials and working against another team to build the highest tower and number of other areas and included a presentation by managers.

Fun group interview with lots of different activities, group discussions and a little section at the end one on one about availability and any holidays. Overall a good interview lasted around 45 minutes with interactive activities
