Firstly had 5mins to talk to the person next to you ..ask them about they're life , then introduce them to the group ( my bloke up & left ..so had to do my own )
next was a bit of roll play .. all the while your being monitored by others to see how much you participate..then form filling & finally the hazard perception test

We were given a product to champion then 1 0f us had to be the customers & the other had to help with the sales by answering any questions you had about it ( ours was a blowup turtle )

A mini-online drivers test and a discussion with one of the managers. A tour of the facility too. They were really nice during the interview and the time I spent there. They got back to me after the interview within a couple days.

Attended the "ASDA Magic" day along with 8 others. Due to the previous session running over time we were told that there were not going to be any group activities. There was a short theory test that we had to complete on the computer and then a face-to-face interview which was very basic.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Online application and assessment, then invite to ASDA Magic session. Online assessment was about 15 minutes and takes you through 48 statements, some of which are pictures. Must have been okay as I was invited for interview for an ASDA Magic session.
