Really simple and straightforward interview, nice staff, seemed like a lovely team. Questions were focused on customer service as expected for the type of role. Went through expectations of the role being part time and potential for full time roles to come up.

Entretien
It was a group interview first then an panel interview with two colleague. The group interview was more of an informal session and a tour was given of the upstairs and canteen. Then there was an interview with two panel members.
