The interview process was very smooth. It was a one on one interview with the department manager and I got a call back in 2 days with the offer. The position was posted locally in the paper and I was familiar with many of the people that work there. I felt comfortable and at ease in the interview and it consisted of a broad overview of my past accomplishments as well as what I could do for the company.
