The hr contacted me via Linkedin and encouraged me to apply. I applied and got interviewed by hiring manager, team members and the big boss of the team. After that, it's been 3 weeks and no offers yet.
So many interviews with so many different people. The interview process for the team I'm looking at was excruciating. Please streamline to fewer team members who I would actually interact with.
