The initial screening with the sourcer was great! She answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me really positive feedback. It was a pleasure speaking with her. However, the next stage with the hiring managers was a negative experience. They seemed very cliquey and at one point laughed at one of my answers. When it was time for me to ask questions, they acted like answering them was an inconvenience (even though it was pretty basic questions like a start date) and barely gave me any answers. They got back to me with their decision promptly and gave good feedback, though. So overall, the experience neutralizes out.
