After submitting your resume through reliable web source, they contact you to set up an interview. You will be interviewing with 3 people. Hiring manager, previous-job-holder, Administrator. They mainly ask you about related previous experience. Then Ta da, There is an excel test. Not too hard if you have an experience, or have done 1-2 days basic study on excel. After 6 business days, you will be notified whether you got the job or not.
I applied online. I went into the office for an in person interview. Next I had to do some more online stuff to prove that I could work in the US. I got to go back to the office and show them my passport to rove again that I could work in the US.

Entretien
Applied online, was contacted for an interview a week-10 days later. Formal interview with the senior administrator and her assistant. They explained the purpose of the job and provided a brief background of the company and what they do. Interview consisted of 10-12 pretty standardized questions, and when they were satisfied they moved onto the details of the specific position. Salary/hourly rate was disclosed immediately, and was non-negotiable. Overall, the interview lasted about an hour, an offer was made one week later.
