The interview was actually really easy. I had just submitted my resume online and was given a call about a week later and had an interview set up. I was asked some basic questions that tested my knowledge of the company (what the company sold and things like that) and my career goals. Other questions were also standard. Overall a relatively easy interview.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
