Phone interview first, then one in person interview. I received a call from one of the head recruiters and was put through a short phone interview for them to see if they wanted to bring me in for an in person interview. After this phone interview was the in person interview, then a day later I received the job offer.

It was friendly not too stressful, easy to talk to. Make me less nervous which is amazing. The whole process is smooth. Knew more about the team and the structure

Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!
After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
